Can you clear an office while the building is occupied?
Potentially, with an agreed collection window and safe route. Send the floor, lift or stair access, loading-bay rules, parking restrictions and any building-management requirements. Keep staff and visitors away from the loading route during the agreed work.
Do you remove desks, chairs and filing cabinets?
Yes, suitable office furniture can be included. Show every item, identify unusually heavy cabinets and say whether anything must be dismantled. Locked cabinets must be empty and authorised for removal before collection.
Can computers, monitors and other electrical items be included?
Some electrical items can be assessed for collection, but identify them separately because handling and disposal routes differ. Secure data wiping or certified data destruction is not included; the customer must arrange this before collection where required.
What records can you provide after an office clearance?
Completion photographs, an invoice or receipt and waste-transfer paperwork can be supplied when arranged. Give us the company details, site contact and any purchase-order reference before the booking is confirmed.
