What we do
One quote for the mattress, frame and access
Photograph the mattress, frame, headboard and anything else being removed. Confirm the size, floor, lift availability, carrying distance and whether the bed is already dismantled. The written quote states what is included before the collection is booked.

Can you collect the bed base and frame as well?
Yes. Include the mattress, divan sections, drawers, frame, slats and headboard in the photos. Tell us the bed size and whether the frame has already been dismantled so the quote covers the complete set.
Can you remove a mattress from upstairs?
Subject to the agreed access and handling plan. Tell us the floor, stairs, lift availability and distance to the truck. Include photographs of tight turns or narrow access before accepting the collection quote.
Can you quote for more than one mattress?
Yes. State the number and sizes and show each mattress clearly. Mattresses and bed bases have their own handling and disposal requirements, so they must be identified separately from general bagged waste.
Can collection happen while I am at work?
An unattended collection may be possible by agreement if the exact items can be accessed safely with the owner's permission. Confirm the agreed location and a contact number; completion photographs can be requested.
