Send a wide photograph of the complete pile and explain what is inside each bag. Identify soil, rubble, large trunks, fencing and mixed household waste separately. Show the route from the garden to the vehicle so the quote includes the real carrying distance and labour.

Does all the garden waste need to be bagged?
Not necessarily. Show loose branches, cuttings and other material in the photographs and agree how it will be loaded. Bagging requirements depend on the material, access and safe handling; do not make bags too heavy to lift safely.
Can soil, rubble and old fencing go with green waste?
They may form part of an agreed mixed clearance, but identify them separately. Soil and rubble add substantial weight, and timber or fencing is not the same waste stream as grass and leaves. The quote must allow for the actual materials and disposal routes.
Can you collect from a rear garden with no side access?
Potentially, after the carrying route is assessed. Send gates, steps, passageways and any route through the house, plus the distance to the vehicle. Labour and protection requirements must be agreed before collection.
Does garden-waste removal include gardening or shed demolition?
This page covers collecting the agreed waste, loading and a sweep-up of the collection area. Cutting back vegetation, digging soil, dismantling a shed or other additional work is not automatically included; describe it separately for assessment.
