The 24-hour window begins when we confirm your booking after you accept the quote. A quote request or an unaccepted quote does not reserve a crew. We only accept the priority booking when we can meet the agreed deadline.

One clear price, agreed first

The premium reflects the urgency, travel, load, access and any out-of-hours arrangements. There is no standard surcharge added without agreement. The written quote states the full price before you book.

Suitable waste only

Send clear photos and do not touch unknown materials. Asbestos, chemicals, sharps, liquids and unidentified hazardous waste are not accepted through this service. Permission to access and remove the waste must be clear before booking.
