Send the full picture
WhatsApp photos of everything to go, your postcode and preferred date. Mention stairs, parking, heavy items and anything that must stay.
Receive a written quote
We confirm the items covered and the price before collection. Any change is discussed before extra work begins.
Choose the collection window
We confirm a realistic slot based on the postcode, route and job size. Same-day route slots may be available when we are already nearby.
We load and sweep
Black Dog loads the agreed waste, transports it for licensed disposal and leaves the cleared area tidy.
Receive completion proof
Completion photos, an invoice or receipt and commercial waste-transfer paperwork can be supplied when arranged.
For the clearest quote, send:
- A wide photo of the whole load and close-ups of bulky or heavy items.
- The full postcode, floor and any stairs, lifts, narrow gates or long carrying distances.
- Parking or loading restrictions and who will arrange access.
- Your preferred collection date and details of anything that needs dismantling.
Large or complicated clearances may need more photographs, a video or an assessment before a final price is agreed.
Before you book
Useful answers, upfront
How much does a collection cost?
Small collections start from £85, half loads from £175 and full loads from £350. The final quote depends on the amount, weight and type of waste, access, labour and collection location. Heavy waste is assessed separately from bulky light waste. Send photos for a price for your actual job.
What is included in the quote?
Your agreed quote covers the items shown, the agreed loading work, removal and disposal. Tell us about dismantling, stairs, long carrying distances or restricted parking so the work can be assessed before booking.
What if I add more waste or the access changes?
Send updated photos and details before collection. Extra items, heavier materials or different access can change the work and price. We agree any revised scope and price before loading the additional waste.
Can you collect today or tomorrow?
Same-day and next-day collections may be available when the route, workload and job size allow. Send your postcode and preferred date; your appointment is confirmed once we have agreed a collection window.
Can you collect from upstairs or behind a narrow gate?
Tell us the floor, whether there is a usable lift, any narrow access and the distance to suitable parking. Photos help us assess the lifting and labour. We will confirm whether we can carry out the job and what is included.
What should I flag before asking for a quote?
Tell us about rubble, soil, plasterboard, appliances, liquids or unknown materials, as well as anything that may be hazardous. Hazardous and unidentified materials are excluded from a standard collection quote. Check with us before booking if you are unsure what something contains.
Do I need to be at the property?
If you cannot attend, arrange access and clearly identify what goes and what stays before the visit. Tell us when booking if you need completion photographs for a landlord, agent or off-site contact.
Can you provide an invoice and waste-transfer paperwork?
Yes. Give us the customer or company details and any purchase-order reference when booking. Commercial collections can be supplied with waste-transfer paperwork. Confirm the payment method and timing when agreeing the quote; ongoing account terms are by prior agreement.
Can I book regular or multiple-site collections?
Yes, by arrangement. Start with the site postcodes, typical waste, photographs and access requirements. We can price a first collection and discuss a repeat schedule once the work and route are understood.
